Cookies
The French version prevails.
In short: without your consent, the site sets only one cookie, the one that remembers your choice. Audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics) are set only if you accept them, and you can change your mind at any time.
The site’s cookies
Here is the complete list of cookies the site may set on your device.
qc_consent: your choice
- Set by
- Quiz.Coach, on www.quiz.coach.
- Purpose
- Remembering your choice about audience measurement (accepted or rejected) and its date, so that we don’t ask again on every page.
- Duration
- 6 months. After that, we ask for your choice again.
- Your consent
- Not required: this cookie only serves to respect your choice.
_ga: audience measurement
- Set by
- Google Analytics, on our behalf, on www.quiz.coach.
- Purpose
- Telling visitors apart pseudonymously, to count visits and page views.
- Duration
- 13 months at most. Deleted as soon as you withdraw your consent.
- Your consent
- Required: set only if you accept audience measurement.
_ga_BBGEC8B6CM: audience measurement
- Set by
- Google Analytics, on our behalf, on www.quiz.coach.
- Purpose
- Keeping the state of your visit (session number and start), for audience measurement.
- Duration
- 13 months at most. Deleted as soon as you withdraw your consent.
- Your consent
- Required: set only if you accept audience measurement.
Our scripts write nothing else to your device: no local storage, no session storage, no database. When a page offers a button to reduce animations, your choice isn’t saved; to reduce animations everywhere, turn on your device’s “Reduce motion” setting: the site follows it.
Audience measurement, with your consent
If you accept it, the site loads Google Analytics, Google’s audience measurement service, to learn which pages are read and how to improve them. Until you accept, your browser doesn’t contact Google, unless you open the demo booking window: Calendly’s page uses Google reCAPTCHA there. Fonts, images and our scripts are served by the site itself.
Google Analytics is set up for audience measurement only: without Google signals, without ad personalization and without any advertising service. What Google processes, and where, is explained in our privacy policy.
Technical cookies from our hosting provider
Depending on its settings, our hosting provider, Google Cloud France (Firebase Hosting service), may also set a strictly technical cookie, for security or load balancing; such a cookie doesn’t require your consent. If it does, this page will name that cookie.
Third-party services, only if you click
Some links open other services, which may set their own cookies:
- Calendly, when you open the demo booking window, and the services Calendly uses on its page, including Google reCAPTCHA, Stripe and OneTrust. They may set their own cookies, for example Stripe’s
mcookie, and Calendly shows its own cookie banner in the window (see the Calendly privacy notice); - YouTube (Google), when you start the video of a Journal article: the player then comes from youtube-nocookie.com and may set its own cookies (see the Google Privacy Policy);
- the training and Healthbees platforms, and the Help Center.
Until you click, your browser doesn’t contact any of these services.
Changing your mind
You can change your choice at any time: the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page and the button below reopen the cookie banner.
If you withdraw your consent, the measurement stops at once and the _ga and _ga_BBGEC8B6CM cookies are deleted from your device. A refusal is kept for 6 months, like a consent.
You can also delete cookies and block third-party cookies in your browser settings.
