4. Audience measurement, if you accept it

- Data
- Pages viewed, date, time and length of the visit, referring page, device and browser type, site language, approximate country and city, and a pseudonymous identifier kept in the

- Your consent (GDPR, Article 6(1)(a), and Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Processor
- Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, which provides Google Analytics and processes this data on our behalf.
- Transfers
- Google may process this data in the United States. This transfer relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognized by the European Commission’s adequacy decision of July 10, 2023, under which Google LLC is certified.
The cookies and how long they last are listed on the Cookies page. To withdraw your consent, use the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
5. Booking a demo on Calendly
The site’s demo buttons open a booking window that shows Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Calendly is loaded only when you open this window: until then, your browser doesn’t contact it and nothing is sent to it.
If you book a slot, the information you enter in the calendar is meant for us: we are responsible for it, and Calendly processes it on our behalf.
- Data
- Your first and last name, your email address, your answers to the booking form’s questions, the slot you choose and your time zone.
- Purpose
- Organizing the demo you book and confirming the appointment.
- Legal basis

To exercise your rights over this data, write to us at dpo@quiz-coach.com (see below).
In the window, Calendly’s page also loads the services it uses, including Google reCAPTCHA, Stripe and OneTrust. Calendly and these services may set their own cookies, for example Stripe’s m cookie, and Calendly shows its own cookie banner. For these cookies and for what Calendly processes on its own account, see the Calendly privacy notice.
6. The Journal’s videos, on YouTube
Journal articles may contain a YouTube video. Until you start it, your browser does not contact YouTube. When you click it, the player loads from youtube-nocookie.com: Google, which provides YouTube, then receives your IP address and information about your browser, and processes them on its own account under its privacy policy. It may also set its own cookies.
7. Links to other services
Login and support links lead to separate services: the training platform, Healthbees and the Help Center. Data you enter there is not covered by this policy.
What we don’t do
- No advertising cookies and no embedded social media buttons.
- No analytics without your consent, and no advertising tracking across websites.
- No automated decision-making or profiling.
Google Analytics is set up for audience measurement only: without Google signals, without ad personalization and without any Google advertising service.
Your rights
The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act give you the following rights over your data:
- Access: find out what data we hold about you and get a copy;
- Rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;

We will reply within one month, which may be extended by two months for complex requests (GDPR, Article 12). If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask you for proof of identity.
Audience measurement data is pseudonymous: it is linked to the identifier in your _ga cookie, not to your name or email address. For us to find it, give us that identifier. To stop the measurement and delete these cookies from your device, simply withdraw your consent.
