Between France and Morocco, our wish to share knowledge begins with listening to people.
QC Tech publicly describes itself as a Quiz.Coach subsidiary based in Casablanca. Quiz.Coach also has a Moroccan page presenting its training activity. These public reference points give a concrete face to the project’s development beyond France.
We want to approach that openness with careful curiosity. A similar learning question may arise in very different settings. Professional vocabulary, working habits and expectations deserve attention before support is proposed.
For us, sharing expertise also means making it accessible to the person receiving it. That may call for a different example, a more gradual explanation or a conversation about how the subject connects with their practice. Exchanges between teams are an opportunity to develop this kind of listening.
