Building with the people who learn
A useful learning idea can begin with a simple question from everyday practice.

Quiz.Coach describes its courses as designed by healthcare professionals for their peers. That proximity gives our project a direction: bring the questions of professional practice into the way knowledge is shared.
For us, building together starts with listening. A trainer brings expertise. A learner brings a difficulty, an example or a useful way of explaining something. A team can help identify where an extra explanation would matter. Each perspective has something to offer.
Would you like to contribute to a learning experience? Begin by describing a specific need. Identify the audience, the situation to understand and the question that remains open, using a fictional example. That creates a practical basis for discussing a course or workshop.
We want to develop this approach with the professionals and partners who join us. It also grows through simple feedback: a passage to clarify, a missing illustration or an exercise worth developing. A learning experience is shaped with the people who take part in it, and their everyday questions are a valuable place to start.
