For a learning exercise, work with a completely fictional situation. Ask for an explanation, then identify what you understand, which details require checking and which questions remain unanswered. Use professional sources appropriate to the subject to carry out those checks. The exercise is about developing a critical perspective; real clinical situations require their own professional framework.
