On August 30, 2021, the French National Order of Pharmacists published a list of software compatible with SI-DEP, updated on August 26. RDV by Quiz.Coach appeared on that list for transmitting Covid-19 antigen test results. It is a specific milestone in our history during that period of intense activity.
This episode matters to us because of what it says about everyday work. When a new task enters the day, a tool has to fit an existing sequence of actions, conversations and responsibilities.
