One need, one tool, one first trial

A well-chosen use case gives a first exploration of AI a clear direction.

New technology can generate many ideas at once. When choosing a generative AI system, the French data protection authority, CNIL, recommends starting with a concrete need and considering the risks and limitations of the proposed tool. We find that a useful place to begin.

In a pharmacy, an initial exercise could use a fictional internal scenario, such as drafting an outline for a team discussion. Define the result you want, the information you will use and who will review the output. Keep patient information out of this trial.

Then look at what actually happened. Is the proposal understandable? What did you correct? Does it help you prepare the meeting? Those observations give the team something to discuss before considering a wider use.

At Quiz.Coach, we want to support a gradual exploration of digital tools. Taking time to state an expectation, try something and reflect on it keeps you actively involved in learning. A first trial can become an opportunity to understand both the tool and your own needs more clearly.
