Making room to learn in a busy day
Everyday pharmacy life shapes how we think about learning, including the small moments.
From our history · November 26, 2018

In November 2018, Le Quotidien du Pharmacien described Louis Dercle, then a community pharmacist in Créteil, using his lunch break for professional learning. It is a familiar detail that raises a practical question: how do you keep learning when the working day is already full?
At Quiz.Coach, we want learning to have a realistic place in pharmacy life. Start with a shared decision: which topic needs attention this week, and how much time can the team actually set aside?
Try a short session booked in advance, with one clear purpose. You might clarify a concept, prepare a question for a trainer or practice explaining an idea to a colleague. Give the task the time it needs; some learning naturally requires a longer session.
At the end, record two things: what is clearer and what needs more work. You already have a starting point for the next session. Our ambition is to support that continuity, with formats you can choose to suit your needs and the way your team works.
