What did you learn today?
At the end of a program, take a moment to make your progress visible.

A course has ended. Before closing your notebook, return to the question that made you want to begin. Can you explain it differently now? Have you found a concept to revisit? This short pause gives the learning journey a concrete shape.
The training quality framework includes assessing whether learning objectives have been met. You can extend that approach with a simple personal reflection: one idea you understand better, one explanation to work on and one question to ask.
We also like the exercise of putting something into your own words. Choose a concept from the program and explain it to a colleague. Ask which part is clear and where an example would help. That conversation may reveal the next subject worth exploring.
At Quiz.Coach, we want learning to leave reference points you will want to return to. Your reflection does not have to be long. A few lines can help prepare the next step, preserve your thinking and give a new place to the material you have just worked through.
