A learning plan that fits your team
A few well-chosen questions can give the next learning program a shared purpose.

The community pharmacy program presented by OPCO EP in February 2024 brings together a broad range of topics. It is a reminder that a team can have several learning needs at once. How do you choose where to start?
We suggest a simple shared exercise. Ask each colleague to write down one question they would like to explore. Group related topics and choose a common priority. You can then distinguish what concerns the whole team from what needs a program suited to a particular role or level of knowledge.
Plan the conversation after the course too. Who will share the points they found useful? When will you discuss questions that remain open? A short meeting can connect individual learning with a team discussion while respecting each person’s role.
At Quiz.Coach, we want to help professionals give learning a practical place in their work. A useful plan can start with one topic, the people involved and a date to talk again. Delivery arrangements and funding possibilities can then be checked for each program and situation.
